SprintRay ProWash S is designed to automate the cleaning and drying stage of dental 3D printing workflows, reducing manual handling and providing a more consistent post-processing process for dental practices and laboratories.
The system uses Mechanical Jetting to circulate wash liquid around printed parts and remove uncured resin. ProWash S performs a two-stage wash followed by a dedicated drying cycle, with a complete standard workflow taking approximately 9 minutes.
The Power Dry system uses a dedicated drying fan to direct airflow into the wash chamber, helping ensure that parts are thoroughly dry before post-curing. SprintRay states that the updated drying system provides approximately 3× drying performance compared with the previous design.
ProWash S uses two wash chambers and integrates liquid-level sensors together with two pre-calibrated hydrometers to monitor wash-liquid condition. The system supports 91% IPA, which SprintRay recommends, as well as 99% IPA and ethanol.
ProWash S can also connect to the SprintRay Cloud ecosystem. With compatible devices, job information can be automatically transferred from the printer to ProWash S and then to the curing system, helping streamline the Print → Wash → Cure workflow.
