SprintRay ProCure 2 is designed to complete the post-curing stage of dental 3D printing workflows. The system combines high-intensity UV light with heat to accelerate polymer cross-linking and help printed parts achieve their intended mechanical properties after printing.
The patented Light Motion Drive™ uses a linear scanning mechanism to move the 385 nm light engine across the curing chamber. This provides 360° light exposure and helps deliver consistent curing across printed parts.
ProCure 2 requires no preheating time. Heat is generated during the curing process and managed through the system's active thermodynamics, helping reduce overall post-processing time.
The system features Dual Zone Curing, allowing users to select the appropriate curing area based on the workload. Its curing chamber can accommodate up to 20 full-arch models, making it suitable for both individual and batch dental workflows.
ProCure 2 is also connected to the SprintRay ecosystem, supporting an online materials library and over-the-air curing profile and software updates.
