SprintRay NanoCure is designed for the post-curing stage of digital dental 3D printing workflows. It combines dual-wavelength UV light with controlled thermal energy to complete polymerization after printing.
NanoCure uses 365 nm light for surface curing and 385 nm light for volumetric curing. The two wavelengths work together to treat both the exterior surface and internal volume of printed parts while helping reduce surface tackiness.
The integrated thermal system uses a 180 W heater with a maximum temperature of 100°C. Controlled heat works together with light exposure to accelerate polymer cross-linking and support the final mechanical properties of printed parts.
NanoCure operates without the need for nitrogen. SprintRay developed the curing system and compatible materials to achieve the required curing performance without a nitrogen tank.
The curing chamber accommodates up to four full-arch models. SprintRay lists typical curing times of approximately 2 minutes for dental models, 3 minutes for surgical guides, and 4 minutes for night guards, depending on the material and workflow.
NanoCure is also connected to SprintRay Cloud for software and curing-profile updates and supports Smart Job Handoff with Pro S and ProWash S, enabling an integrated Print → Wash → Cure workflow.
