SprintRay Pro 2 is a next-generation dental 3D printer designed to combine high precision with efficient production. Its Optical Panel™ provides 35 µm XY resolution and is positioned directly beneath the resin tank to help minimize optical distortion and maintain detailed printing across the build area.
The printer uses a 385 nm UV-A LED light engine with liquid cooling. SprintRay designed this wavelength to provide controlled curing, improve depth-of-cure control, and support the development of advanced dental and biomaterial applications.
The Standard Kit provides a 188 × 105 mm build area and a 500 mL resin tank, making it suitable for high-volume batch production. The optional Arch Kit uses a smaller build platform and resin tank to optimize selected restorative workflows for speed and material efficiency.
Pro 2 also integrates a 12-inch touchscreen, SprintRay PrintOS, Wi-Fi/Ethernet connectivity, RFID resin tracking, and intelligent workflow monitoring. SprintRay currently states that Pro 2 supports more than 15 dental workflows.
