Overview
The Mahr MarSurf CD 140 is a professional contour measuring station designed for high-precision geometric inspection. It provides a measuring path of up to 140 mm, high positioning speed and adjustable measuring force for flexible inspection of different workpieces.
The system allows fast probe changes without tools through its magnetic probe mount and supports automatic probe arm detection. A large workpiece support plate and integrated TY adjustment provide flexible workpiece positioning.
The MarSurf CD 140 is suitable for measuring bearings, threads, threaded rods, ball spindles, shafts and racks, as well as components used in automotive and medical applications. Optional roughness measurement capability is also available.
